Woodstock High School Early Childhood Development Career Pathway students are the first in the Cherokee County School District to earn adult and pediatric CPR/AED certification. Completing the requirements for both certifications is required for students who are earning career certifications to work with young children. Twenty-eight students in teacher Heather Bolts second- and third-year early childhood development classes took part in CPR and fire safety training. Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services Safety Educator Sgt. Babette Davis and the American Heart Association provided training and assistance.
